Terms and Conditions of The Lodge @ High Gregg Hall.

The price payable includes accommodation and breakfast for the number of nights stated on your booking. Each room has a double bed and sleeps two people, unless stated otherwise.

Booking Information
Please inform us if you are unable to honour your booking, we may be able to offer you another date.

Your deposit is generally non-refundable, but if you cancel and we can re-let your room/s your deposit will be returned less any admin charges incurred by us.

We can take deposits by paypal, cleared cheque, bank transfer or cash. Your balance paid on arrival. Your deposit is conformation of your booking.  Upon arrival you will be required to fill in an accommodation card with your name address, car registration and for overseas visitor’s passport detai

Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is between 12 noon and 9:00 pm. Please understand that we are preparing for your arrival, and your room may not be available if you arrive before 12 noon. Guests are welcome to park vehicles/drop off luggage from 10am.
Our check out time is 10.00am on the day of departure to enable us to prepare for new arrivals.

Parking is available in front of the house, we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicles whilst parked on the premises. Vehicles are left entirely at the vehicle owners’ risk.

Damage and Breakage
Please inform us if you find any damage or if something is broken while you stay with us, everything can be replaced. Sometimes you may incur a small charge for damage.

We are a non-smoking house in line with current legislation.

Our Liability
We do not accept any liability for damage to your property or injury to you (or other members of your party) whilst on our premises unless caused by the negligence by us.
